Hahas just came back. Very tired! Hmmm so tis morning woke up at 9am and went to see the doctor. Hope the medicine will work fast. Went out straight away after i showered, to Allson Hotel (hope i spelled it right) and there was the Ah Yat Abalone Restaurant. See the word "abalone"? Yeap, I had that xDD.
Actually quite sian de lor, only got me, my parents and 5 of my papa's erh.... clients? My papa and the 5 were lyk tokin abt work stuffs all along den i sit dere diam diam, take out fone sms while waiting for food to come. At least the food was nice bah ^^.
So wad did i have? Hmmm... Lets see .
- Apetiser came 1st, some fried toufu and seaweed roll.
- Shark's fin soup! The shark's fin arh, is lyk one whole chunk, not yi tiao yi tiao der. Shuang.
- Hmm i tink the Hong shao xue yu ( erh, red burn cod fish? Ps for bad translation =X).Very soft! Can melt in ur mouth.
- Okies the abalone came... small plate, i see 4 things : a piece of mushroom, a piece of fish maw, a whole piece of abalone and the gravy. The abalone, texture very funni, use knife cut dunid pull, juz push it dwn and it snaps in 2 parts O_O
- Prawn dumplings! yumyum
- Curry whelk? The meat of the whelk was stuffed in its shell. Shell looks sth like tis :
Hahas so came the most special part, desert. Bird's nest! I was given a bowl of plain boiled Birds nest, den got 3 jugs tt contained Almond, Yam and Honeydew paste. Ur supposed to mix the plain Birds nest with the paste u want and tis way, you can try all 3 flavours =D. 1St tym see lei, creative!
